| A painter, block printer and lithographer, Jane Allen lived in Glenview, Kentucky. She was a student at Provincetown of Charles Hawthorne.
Memberships included the Louisville Art Club; Louisville Art Association; Southern States Art League; Louisville Art Center; National Association of Women Artists.
Among her exhibition venues were the Junior League National Exhibition New York, 1929; Junior League, Louisville, 1932; Jr. League, Philadelphia; Salons of America; and National Association of Women Artists, 1938.
