| A painter and collage artist of abstract city scenes with bright
lights, bright colors and moving lines suggesting fast movement, Jean
Arnold creates cityscape images from shapes and colors. She gets
most of her ideas from sketches she does while riding buses in her
native city of Salt Lake as well as Chicago, San Francisco and
Reno. She loves mixing together on one canvas scenes from several
cities and often swipes her images with oil sticks to create a sense of
urgency.  (showing 500 of 1852 characters). |
