| Kathy Altieri has been painting professionally for over twenty years. Her passion for the California landscape has its origins in her childhood travels with her family; she grew up in California exploring the beaches, mountains, and deserts. Her paintings are intimate depictions of what inspires and moves her most about nature: its organic rhythms, the mood of the day, and the play of light.
