Born in Hoboken, NJ on Aug. 19, 1892.  Azzi studied at the Royal  Academy of Fine Arts in Milan, and with Carl Bitter and Alexander S. Calder.  He died in New York in June 1975. 

Exh:  Milan, 1910 (medal); SFAA, 1916; PAFA, 1921.
