| Mark Anderson was the winner of the 2005-06 Federal Duck Stamp Contest
for his painting of two hooded mergansers. The Sioux Falls artist
paints over 70 originals a year of which 60 are birds. An avid
outdoorsman, Anderson has been painting images from his hunting trips
for over 25 years.
