Michael Arnoux was a painter of genre scenes who studied with colleague
Leon Dansaert under Edouard Frere. He lived and worked in Ecouen
and exhibited in Paris from 1864 to 1877. His works include Young Mother (1866) and Playing with Her Doll (c.1870).
