Mildred Stroob Ayling was born in 1912 at Hesper, Iowa.
She has lived in Oakdale, California as well as Waikiki, Hawaii.
She was a painter and photographer.
She
studied at the San Francisco Academy of Art; the Institute San Miguel
Allende, Mexico, as well she studied with George Post, Elio O'Hara, and
Vivian Goddard.
She exhibited at the Institute San Miguel de
Allende, Mexico, 1966; the Society of Western Artists Annual; De Young
Museum, San Francisco, 1968-19 (showing 500 of 1886 characters). |
