| A pencil and ink artist of American comic books during the 'Silver Age'
of Comics that began after World War II, Murphy Anderson was especially
interested in fantasy and science fiction. He has worked both on
comic books and comic strips, and among his characters are Hawkman,
Adam Strange and Green Lantern. In the late 1940s, he drew the Buck Rogers
comic strip, which theoretically was a special privilege because he had
been such a Buck Rogers fan in his youth. How (showing 500 of 1522 characters). |
