| An illustrator and writer for humor magazines, Norman Anthony is most famous for his hugely popular magazine, "Ballyhoo." "Ballyhoo" was the first humor magazine to include gag advertisements along with the cartoons and humorous text. In its heyday it had a circulation of over 2 million.
