| Spero Anargyros studied at the Art Student's League under William Zorach.
Anargyros won the St. Gaudens Medal in 1943, medals at the National Competition Sculpture and the Tenth Annual National Exhibition of the Academy Artist Association.
The artist has life-long memberships with the Art Students League, the National Sculpture Society and the Academy Artists Association.
