A long-time resident of Texas, Tracy Avant loves to paint floral still lifes from flowers grown in her own garden of more than seventy rose bushes. She lives in Dilley halfway between San Antonio and the Mexican border and has served as President of the South Texas Artists Association, of which she is founder.
