| Known for her delicate, airy oil paintings of apple blossoms, Dora Bourscheidt was from Peoria, Illinois and exhibited with the Illinois Society of Allied Arts. She also served as founder and first president in 1898 of the West Bluff 19th Century Club of Peoria. She was a student of Frank Peyraud.
