| Nell McDougle Marshall was born in Georgetown, TX on July 30, 1891. Nell McDougle settled in San Francisco about 1920 and studied at the CSFA under Gertrude Albright. By 1926 she had married Walter C. Marshall. She died in San Francisco on Oct. 11, 1947.
