The following information was submitted in June of 2006 by his grandson Keith H. Karpé:
Karl (Ki) Karpé was my grandfather. You have him working for 50 years at Hughes Aircraft, and that may or may not be accurate. I thought it was more like 30 or 40. He worked at Walt Disney Productions in Burbank, CA prior to his tenure with Hughes. He was a background animator and worked on such landmark animated films as Pinocchio, Snow White, and Steam Boat Willy. (showing 500 of 1503 characters). |
