She married Olin Roats in 1937 and moved to Wilbraham, MA where she resided until the outbreak of WWII. Returning to California, she died in Napa on June 23, 1962. She specialized in illustrations for children's books and magazines. Murals: Shrine Hospital (Springfield); John Shearer School and Lincoln School (Napa); St Francis Hosptial (SF).
