Richard Elmore was first based in London and later moved to Tunbridge Wells, England. His distinctive and subtle landscapes depicting views in Devon, Surrey and Kent were widely exhibited at the Royal Academy, the Society of British Artists and the British Institution.
Elmore’s painting of Twickenham is in the collection of the Cardiff museum. |
