Rudolf Sieck (1877 - 1957), a  horse painter and lithographer, lived in Stuttgart from 1830 and 1840. From1840, he lived in Vienna. Since 1841, he presented his works at exhibitions of the Imperial and Royal Academy, especially portraits of race horses of the Imperial and Royal studs. Works by Otto Stotz are on display in major collections, including the Schönbrunn Palace, and the National gallery of Linz.
