From a media release dated December 22, 1987 by April Sgro-Riddle Gallery of Los Angeles for the upcoming solo exhibition:
"Born in Rome in 1927, he lived there until 1969 when he moved to New York City. He once worked in architecture in Italy and this sense of geometry pervades his paintings. He is a philosopher of space. He plays with geometry, constructing ideal realms of juxtaposed squares, triangles, rectangles and grids.&n (showing 500 of 7187 characters). |
