| The following is submitted by A. Rex Rivolo, Ph.D., who is handling the estate of the artist: Of Brigl, Dr. Rivolo writes: "There is very little known about Bill Brigl outside of Texas. He was an aristocrat and had a money which made him all too comfortable to sell himself. As a result, there is very little written about him---no books, only a few periodical articles. I do believe that every bank in Texas has one of his paintings. The Rockport Art Association is wor (showing 500 of 3312 characters). |
