Born in Capri, Italy November 13, 1884. Federico was a student of Antonio Lala and specialized in seascapes and scenes of Capri. His first exhibition was at the Promatrice di Napoli in 1911.
Federico exhibited extensively in Milan, Turin, Genoa and at the Societa Amatori e Caltori di Belle Arti di Roma, Rome. In addition, he participated in the Paris Salon, 1914; Pan Pacific International Exposition, San Francisco, 1915; Italian Exposition, Buenos Aires, 1923; First Biennale, Naples. He was honored in 1923 by a one man exhibition.
