Robert James Winchester Fraser (1872-1930)
Born at Harowden, Bedfordshire in 1872, son of Robert Winchester Fraser (1848-1906) and his wife Emma Elizabeth. As an artist signed himself ‘Robert Winter’. In 1881 living with his parents at at 47 Ellington Street, Islington, London and in 1891 a 20 year old landscape painter living with his grandparents at River View, High Street, Hemingford Grey, St. Ives, Huntingdonshire.
