Born in Canada and noted for her landscape paintings. Lived at Rudgrave Place, Egremont, Wallasey and two addresses in London – 22 Telford Avenue, SW2 and 28 Christchurch Road, Streatham. Known to have been a member of the Liver Sketching Club in 1892. Exhibited many works at the Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool and at the Royal Academy from 1885 to 1926. Sister of Parker Hagarty.
