Christian Peltenberg Brechneff was born in 1950 in the Belgian Congo
and received his MA from the Royal College of Art in London in 1975.
He holds both American and Swiss citizenship and currently lives and
works in New York City; Hadlyme, Connecticut; and Sifnos, Greece.
As a pasting painter, he chooses primordial settings, and strives both to integrate and show the contradictoriness of the four archetypal elements of fire, water, earth and air. His goal is to integrate as (showing 500 of 1207 characters). |
