Jeroen Vogtschmidt was born in 1967 in The Hague, Holland, and has been interested in Native Americans for as long as he can remember. In 1990, he received attention with a publication whose introduction was written by Professor De Gaay Fortman, a member of the Dutch Senate, wrote the introduction.
