| | Arch Unruh was born in Newton, Kansas in 1931. He grew up in Clay Center. Former Univ. of Kansas football quarterback and veteran high school football coach. After 13 seasons of coaching at Shawnee Mission East High school, he went to work for Hallmark as Director of Cultural Affairs for Crown Center Square in 1972.
