| Robert M. Tutone, a Santa Rosa, California artist, strives to create interesting and unique art forms. Dubbed "MirralsTM", the process begins with a solid piece of glass or mirror. The basic design is then sand-carved and/or chipped into the surface and coated in silver to produce a reflective, three dimensional image, which is somewhat surrealistic.
Because of the techniques used, it is impossible to achieve the exact same effects twice, making each piece truly one of a kind.
