Albert Allen III (b.1961)
He was born in 1961, Camp Lejune. North Carolina and studied art at the Village Center for the Arts in Palm Springs, California. Allen began his four-decade career as an abstract expressionist artist in the 1970’s. Much as been written about American culture fifty years ago, the impassioned explosive spirit of post-World War II America that spawned an enlightened period in American art.
