This biography from the Archives of AskART:
Served in the Korean War then studied at the Colorado Institute of Art in Denver.  Master
designer and art director for American Greeting Card Co. in Cleveland, OH.  Regularly returned to Syracuse to paint, teach painting, and train quarterhorses.  He began painting full-time in 1967 and in 1971, Fallier opened a studio and gallery in Wichita.
