Oliver Balf was born in Rye, NY on August 5, 1927. BFA Temple University, Tyler School of Fine Arts, 1950, further study at Art Students League, New School for Social Research and Hans Hoffmann.
He has exhibited extensively in Boston, New York, Philadelphia and several other major cities. He is represented in many private collections throughout the country and currently maintains a gallery in Rockport and is affiliated with Gallery 7 in Magnolia.
