| Felipe Carrion was born in Lima, Peru in 1946. From 1966 to 1969 he studied at the School of Fine Arts of Lima, and then in 1971 at the School of the Society of Art and Crafts, Detroit, Michigan. Since 1967, he had numerous group and solo shows in Latin America and the United States of America. In 1979 he did a one-man show of his drawings at the Galerie Du Cefral in Paris. In 2002, he passed away in New York, where he was living.
