The following was submitted by Jack Middleton: Duff McIlvain is my cousin, and I recall that in his earlier years he painted a number of oil paintings. One was of a deer laying in a pasture, that hung in our home for many years. Until I read some about him online in AskArt I was not even aware of him belonging to any “Artist” affiliations. Upon asking him about this I found out that he had attended various art classes and one art school early in his life here in Wichit (showing 500 of 1081 characters). |
