Betty Winnie Brady (Mrs. Rupert O’Grady Brady) was born in Houston, Texas on August 30, 1914. A fourth generation Texan, Brady was born and reared in Houston before graduating from the University of Kansas, Lawrence.
She was known for painting a wide variety of subjects including landscape and portrait paintings. Her paintings are in many local collections and in addition in the collections of Mrs. Marjorie Merriweather Post of Washington and Palm Beach and Sir Ge (showing 500 of 1249 characters). |
