Paul has been painting since 1952 and holds a master’s degree in fine art from the University of Oklahoma. His technique of pointillism laid over acrylic paint enables him to capture the texture and warmth of his subjects in fine detail.
He painted with the Indians at the Taos Pueblo from age 8 until his teen years. Some of the people that he mentions as mentors are Charles Reynolds and artist Mel Boyd. He comments about these early years by saying, “the people of the p (showing 500 of 1382 characters). |
