| Born in San Jose, CA on Sept. 5, 1867. Ogier received her B.A. degree from Stanford University and teaching credentials from the State Teachers College at San Jose. She furthered her art studies at the Pratt Institute and Boston Museum School of Fine Art. Returning to California, she later taught art in high schools in San Mateo, Inglewood, and Pacific Grove. A spinster, she died at her home at 420 Lowell Street in Palo Alto, CA on March 8, 1970. Member: Pacific AA.
