| Born in Arizona on Aug. 3, 1898. Adams studied at the AIC. By 1928 he had settled in Los Angeles and was teaching at the Chouinard School of Art. He then taught at the Art Center School in Pasadena for many years. He died in Los Angeles on Dec. 1, 1981.
