| Born in Atwater, OH on July 31, 1870. Arnold settled in Los Angeles with his family in 1882. He evidently enjoyed a short-lived art career; he was listed as an artist in the Los Angeles City Directory in 1891-93. Soon thereafter, he became a dentist. He died in Los Angeles on April 1, 1946.
