| Georgia Billings King was born in Montana in 1882. Georgia was the wife of Herbert B. King. She arrived in San Francisco about the time of the Panama Pacific International Exposition and appears to have stayed for a few years. Her work was shown in the Montana Bldg at the Exposition. At her home in Helena, she painted Indian life, animal subjects, missions and scenes along the Sacramento River. By 1920 she had moved to southern California and had a home in Newport Beach.
