| Frances Starr Fink was born in Esmeralda, Nevada on May 15, 1908. Frances grew up in a silver mining town and learned to paint from her mother, Rose Starr. Leaving Nevada, she moved to Oakland in the 1920s and married Howard Fink in the 1930s.
The couple lived in Arizona, but by 1940 they were in San Bernardino. Mrs. Fink died in Coconino County, Arizona on May 2, 1975.
Exhibited: Los Angeles Art League, 1941.
