| Born in Pennsylvania on April 14, 1897. Richardson was a veteran of both world wars. He painted in southern California in the 1930s and appears to have moved there permanently after WWII. He died in Santa Rosa, CA on Feb. 9, 1960. An accomplished oil painter, his subjects include adobes and landscapes.
