| Born in Minnesota on July 30, 1888. Effie was the wife of actor Emory Parnell and appears to have moved to Los Angeles in the 1930s. While working as an actress for the movie studios, she painted landscapes in her leisure. She died in Los Angeles on Sept. 4, 1986.
