| Born in Newport, RI in 1872. By 1880 the Peckham family had moved to San Francisco. While in Fresno in the 1890s, "Annie" Peckham painted floral still lifes and landscapes. Married twice, she was Mrs. Louis Hughson in 1905 and by 1915 her name was Baker.
