| | Born in Missouri on Dec. 21, 1889. Davidson moved to southern California in 1900. A veteran of WWI, by the 1920s he was painting in and around Laguna Beach. For several years he was a assistant director at Warner Brothers. He died in Newport Beach, CA on Aug. 19, 1962. | Source:
