Barbara Burnett was born May 7, 1927 in Kansas City.  She attended Louisiana Tech in 1982-83 and taught art in Leawood, Kansas from 1970-75.  She lived in Mission, Kansas in 1984.

Memberships:
Kansas Watercolor Society; National League of American Pen Women; Whisley Painters of America; Greater Kansas City Art Association

Exhibitions:
Century II Kansas Tri-State Exhibition, 1981; Midwest Watercolor Society, 1981;
Salmagundi Open Exhibition, 1982; Allied Artists of America, 1982.
