| Herschberger was born August 23, 1904 in Milford, Nebraska. Graduated from Goshen College in 1934. He studied at the Art Institute of Chicago and the Univ. of Iowa and received a MA degree in 1956 at the Univ. of Northern Colorado. He taught at Mount Herman School, Darjeeling, India (1938-42), at McPherson College (1945-55), and at Goshen College (1955-70). His paintings, mostly of the landscape, are representational in style. He died on June 27, 2000 in Elkhart, Indiana. (showing 500 of 864 characters). |
