| William T. Campbell was born in St Louis, Missouri on June 28, 1891. After serving in WWI, Campbell left St Louis and settled in Los Angeles. During the 1920s he assumed the name Billy Cam. A recluse, he died in Los Angeles on April 25, 1962. His works are rare.
