This biography from the Archives of AskART:
Galen  “Duke” Dale Senogles was born in October of 1925.  He grew up in Topeka, Kansas. Served in the Navy then studied art at Washburn Univ. Transferred to the Kansas City Art Institute where he concentrated on portraiture and worked with Frederic James.  He also studied with the Famous Artist School in Westport, CT.  Worked as a promoter for the recording group “The Jerms” from Topeka and was art director for KANSAS! magazine.

Member: Kansas Watercolor Society; Kansas State Federation of Art; New Mexico Art League.

Exhibitions: Topeka Art Guild; Mulvane Art Fair; Plaza Art Fair.
