| Howard Reginald Howe was born in Missouri on Sept. 12, 1898. Howe arrived in Burbank, CA with his parents in 1901. For 40 years he worked as a scenic artist for Parmount Studios while painting in his leisure. He died in Burbank on April 29, 1970.
