| Paul Leland Hyde was born in San Francisco, CA on Sept. 21, 1895. During the 1920s and 1930s Hyde was active in the San Francisco art scene. He later worked as a designer for Bechtel Corporation. A lifelong resident of his native city, he died on April 12, 1953. His rare works include landscapes and figure studies.
Exh: Marin County AA, 1927 (2nd prize); Oakland Art Gallery, 1928-34.
