| Clara L. Cooney was born in North Dakota on October 16, 1881. Clara was the wife of William E. Cooney. She was in Salt Lake City in 1910 and by 1920 had settled in Ventura County, California. After a few years in Fillmore, the couple moved to Santa Paula. She died in Santa Barbara on August 1, 1972.
