Amanda Jean (Eller) Kirby July 31, 1924 - March 4, 2009

Amanda Jean (Eller) Kirby, 84, of Nashville, passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at Harbour Manor Care Center in Noblesville.  Born July 31, 1924 in Noblesville she was the daughter of Joseph and Grace (Beaver) Eller.

She married Clarence Kirby January 31, 1942.

She was a prominent Indiana artist known for her landscapes, still lifes, and portraits.  She was a member of Morgantown First Christian Church, in Morgantown, IN.

She was also a member of Hamilton County Artist's Association (Honorary); Hoosier Salon; Indianapolis Art League Foundation; Brown County Art Guild, Inc.; The Indiana Artist's Club; The Art Association of Indianapolis; International Society of Artists, and Watercolor Society of Indiana.
